Hi Diogenes, It seems that the import plugins are not installed properly. You should do full reinstall: -Uninstall Tekla BIMsight -Uninstall all plugins, they start either "Tekla Model Sharing Foundation" or "Trimble Solution ImportSDK" Then download installer again from www.teklabimsight.com and install it. If you do not see any plugins: Is the Tekla BIMsight installed to you by admins? Then they need to remove it also. And you need to install it yourself. If they have not installed Tekla BIMsight on your machine and you are still having problems, after full reinstall. Then you should use Microsoft's tool to fix the installation of the plugins, you can get that from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed Hopefully this helps.
