Hi Jim, It seems that the installation of Tekla BIMSight has not been successful. Has the installation been don by IT admins? Or did you install it yourself? If IT admins installed, then they would need to uninstall it also. Also the import plugins. After that you should install Tekla BIMsight yourself. If you have installed Tekla BIMsight in the first place, then you should do full reinstall. So, first uninstall Tekla BIMsight, then uninstall all plugins, their names start either "Tekla Model Sharing Foundation" or "Trimble Solutions ImportSDK".
